Looking for something new for your kids to do this summer? Tired of sending them to camp where they are fed pizza and soda everyday? In this 3 day camp, the children will be active participants in preparing healthy meals made from local, organic food. They will learn what foods to eat and what to avoid for optimal health and wellbeing. Emphasis will be placed on overall health, NOT on weight. All recipes are sugar free, gluten free, dairy free and vegan, some are raw, some cooked. Hands on active participation in the kitchen engages the children and keeps them interested in learning. Group size limited to 10.
