Personal Chef Services for Cancer Patients
Whether you are undergoing chemotherapy or are a cancer survivor who needs support creating a health supportive kitchen, Carol can work with you teaching you how to transition to a whole foods, plant based diet focusing on anti-inflammatory foods that are conducive to your healing process. She can work directly with your doctor or nutritionist to determine the foods to include in your healing plan. Carol can teach you to prepare the meals yourself, thus empowering you to take charge of your own health, or she can cook for you, as you rest and recover your strength.
Natural Foods Cooking or Raw Foods Classes
Hands-on, interactive classes held at your home or mine. Custom menu designed based on client’s needs and preferences. Specialties include vegan, vegetarian, raw, gluten free, casein free, and seafood. For groups of 6-10 people.
Wellness Coaching and Private Cooking Lessons
Work one on one with Carol over a period of 3 months, to help you reach your health goals, whether that be weight loss, increased energy, eliminating digestive distress, or healing from a chronic illness. Carol works with you in your kitchen, teaching you how to prepare simple meals and educating you about how to get proper nutrition and make health supportive choices. She will teach you to turn to your kitchen as your pharmacy and will help you to discover the diet that works the best for YOU…it isn’t the same for everyone…the diet that makes you feel and function optimally.
Classes and Workshops
Demonstration and tasting classes; lectures. Informative and interactive, participants receive printed copies of all recipes as well as time saving tips and valuable nutritional information about the food being prepared. Carol can teach a class at your home or workshop if you can gather a minimum of 6 people together.
